These terms

These terms are between you and Renaissance Applied Intelligence LLC ("Renaissance", "we", "us"), a Texas limited liability company. They apply to this website, renaissance.systems. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Carrier Bridge

These terms cover the website only. Use of Carrier Bridge, our hosted service, is governed by the client's Services Agreement, Order Form and Business Associate Agreement with Renaissance. If those agreements and these terms conflict, the agreements control.

Using the site

You may browse the website, share links to it, and contact us through it. Please do not:

• try to reach parts of the website, our systems or Carrier Bridge that you are not allowed to reach;
• probe, scan or load-test the website, or do anything that disrupts it or the people using it;
• send malware, spam or unlawful content through the contact form or by email;
• copy the website in bulk with automated tools; or
• pretend to be someone else when you contact us.

If you find a security problem, please report it as our Security page describes.

Our content

The website's text, images, logos and code belong to Renaissance or to those who license them to us. You may view them and share links to them. Please do not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission, or use our names in a way that suggests we endorse you.

No warranty

The website describes our company and products in general terms. It is not legal, tax, benefits or insurance advice, and it may change or be out of date. The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Other sites

Where the website links to a site we do not run, we are not responsible for that site's content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Renaissance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the website or its content, and our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to $100.

This section does not change any client's Services Agreement, which has its own terms on liability.

Law and courts

Texas law governs these terms, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. The state and federal courts in Tarrant County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the website, and you and Renaissance agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. If you use the website after that, the new version applies.
