Carrier Bridge

From messy files to carrier templates.

Carrier Bridge turns a census or a packet of enrollment forms into the carrier's own template, and audits carrier records against the census. It is built for benefits agencies.

Three jobs

Map to Carrier builds the enrollment file a carrier asks for, in the exact columns of that carrier's template.

Audit compares the carrier's records, such as an invoice or an enrollment report, with the file the agency sent, and lists each difference in a workbook.

Edit File makes plain-English changes to a spreadsheet, such as removing the dashes from a column of ZIP codes.

Each one is work that account coordinators, account managers and account executives do by hand today.

Read. Review. Approve.

Carrier Bridge reads spreadsheets in any layout, PDFs, scanned forms and photos, then plans how each column of the template will be filled. The person running the submission reviews that plan and approves it. Nothing is delivered before then.

The finished file is written by a script built for the job, not typed out by the AI, so the same input and the same script give the same file.

Checked before it ships

When a carrier file is built from one census spreadsheet, Carrier Bridge counts the people in both files and names anyone missing without a stated reason.

Each file a run delivers is fingerprinted when it is stored and checked against that fingerprint at every download. A file that has changed is refused.

Getting started

Until an agency signs a business associate agreement (BAA), we work only with synthetic files. Client files come after the agency's agreements, including the BAA, are signed.

Pricing is a fee for each completed submission, plus AI processing at cost. Agencies that are set up sign in at carrierbridge.app.
